constant street noise old carpet
The room faced the street. so, street noise was constant. It really tested my patience. the old carpet looked, well, old. it definitely could use replacing. i think a fresher look would improve things drastically

street noise uncomfortable bed limited breakfast
I found the lack of soundproofing quite bothersome. Noise from the street and other guests easily penetrated my room. this made it difficult to relax or sleep soundly. the bed was also not very comfortable. It felt quite firm and i woke up with a stiff back each morning. the breakfast selection was limited, with not many options for those seeking a hot meal.

The car park was free. This was a nice surprise. access to the car park was easy, i found. the room had plenty of space. It was minimally furnished.
the carpet in my room looked worn. it needed an update, i thought. it just didn't look very smart.
