broken shower door staff unconcern
The location was fine. It got me where i needed to go.
the shower door was broken, and i mean completely shattered, leaving glass all over the bathroom floor and my skin! staff seemed utterly unconcerned and offered no first aid or even an apology, let alone compensation. guess accidents just happen every weekend there, according to the boss.

fresh items christmas decorations friendly staff
The breakfast was quite sufficient with fresh items. The breakfast area had nice Christmas decorations, and it made a better atmosphere. The staff seemed friendly. I liked the hotel's location.
The air conditioning didn't work well in my room.

mixed feelings about the stay
non-functional safe breakfast choice
the room i had, while clean, felt quite cramped. the safe was not working. the door could not be closed. additionally, the breakfast buffet was disappointing as the selection wasn't consistently replenished. by 9 am, there were very few options left.
