the staff was very friendly and helpful. rooms were clean and well-equipped with all basic amenities. i found the breakfast good, with fresh and tasty options. the location was convenient. it was a short walk to the main train station!
The safe in my room didn't work. i reported it shortly after checking in and asked for a room with a working safe. they said there were no other rooms available. How frustrating! someone would come to fix it the following day, they said, but nobody came.

The breakfast included many choices and it was really good. Staff were nice. I used the secure parking. It felt safe. The hotel restaurant has a wide selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices.
My room had no facilities for tea or coffee. I missed my morning cup!
