the air conditioning was very strong. wi-fi worked perfectly. the location is very accessible to transport, beaches, and the market. the receptionist was kind!!!
the towels were changed once in three days.

the breakfast had a good variety of meals it was quite satisfactory. the staff demonstrated friendliness it.
the pool was only accessible during limited hours i found that restrictive. sitting in the lobby after those hours was not allowed it was inconvenient.

Fantastic Staff and Convenient Location!

I was impressed by the amazing staff. They were friendly and helpful. Emily at reception was particularly good and helped us understand the area well. The manager was courteous! I thought the beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size.
I noticed a consistent repetition of the same five songs played at the pool constantly. It was a minor annoyance, but variety would improve the atmosphere a lot. It made it a bit monotonous after a while.

The breakfast offered a tasty and diverse array of meal choices each morning. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries that were available plus there was ample seating. The dining area was clean and well maintained.

I found the reception staff to be very helpful in answering questions and providing directions. The bar staff at the pool bar were friendly and they made great cocktails. The check-in process was smooth and efficient!
