the tartan room suited our family perfectly. we had plenty of space for everyone. breakfast included fresh, hot options served between 8 and 9am. the owners gave good directions for local walks.
the payment was processed earlier than expected, and that caused slight confusion.

the room was very spacious. it had a comfy four poster bed with gorgeous bed linen. breakfast was great and the seating area was nice too.
Payment was still taken after cancellation. i'm still waiting for a response as to why my money was taken in full after cancellation, it wasn't due yet.

I enjoyed the breakfast and its gorgeous views so much. I loved that our Beautiful Double Room was huge and included everything necessary. Breakfast was beautiful and James and Leesa were cute hosts. They did.
I encountered one problem . Communication regarding refunds and cancellations needs improvement.

James, such a lovely person. he offered many local tips. We especially loved exploring the nearby inn on the tay for lunch. our room, the beautiful double room, had a comfortable bed with high-quality linens. the views from breakfast were so gorgeous. I never wanted to leave. we loved the artwork.
the lack of a mini-fridge in the room made storing fresh milk a little difficult.

The location is perfect. The guesthouse provides easy access and ample parking. the vast grounds are beautifully kept. we enjoyed the proximity to pitlochry, a short drive away.

breakfast was wonderful, offering a wide selection to choose from. the full scottish breakfast was a particular highlight! fresh yogurt, coffee, and juices were available. the dining area overlooked fine garden views.
