fresh towels convenient kettle cozy atmosphere
the room included fresh towels daily. a kettle, coffee, tea, and sugar were available in the room. the dining room on the first floor had everything needed for breakfast. it included a beautiful christmas tree.
the room's temperature was slightly warmer than i prefer.

really good experience!
quiet area convenient access parking passes lovely garden
the location is in a quiet residential area with convenient bus access to the city center. several good restaurants are within a short walk from the house. the owner provided parking passes for free street parking and ensured i had everything i needed.
The room i stayed in had slightly limited space for storing luggage. It was a little inconvenient.

my standard double room included coffee and tea facilities, alongside mountain spring water. fresh crisp sheets covered the very comfortable bed. the bathroom featured a steaming hot shower, also shower essentials and charging chords were available.

a substantial continental breakfast was included and it offered great flexibility. i helped myself to breakfast at my preferred time each morning. there was a variety of yogurt, pastries, cereal, and boiled eggs available.

a LOVELY stay!
relaxing walk comfortable bed short walk
i REALLY liked how close the hotel was to the national botanic garden. it made for a relaxing walk. the bed in MY room was very comfortable. i found the bus stop to be a short walk.
i wish the breakfast hours WERE a little later.

a decent stay
attentive host beautiful detail quiet location limited option self-service breakfast no instructions
jack was an amazing host. he was attentive to all our needs. the room was also beautifully decorated with effort put into every little detail. the quiet location was a bonus. a zen deck with an umbrella was available for enjoyment.
The breakfast service could have been better. we expected breakfast included. but it was self-service with limited options. there were no clear instructions for the coffee machine. We figured it out eventually.

cute owner mountain spring water free parking constant noise water tank little service
The owner was very cute. The room had a special water tap for mountain spring water. I found free parking available and pubs were a short walk away.
I heard a constant noise from the water tank on the roof. This was quite distracting. I didn't see the owner much, so there was no one around during breakfast.
