some issues, acceptable location

cramped room no tea

the location proved acceptable as a base for exploring.

i was frustrated with the room size. it barely accommodated my luggage and felt cramped. furthermore, i found the lack of tea or coffee facilities within the room annoying. this absence meant i had to go downstairs for a simple cup.

central location helpful staff small room missing toiletries

the hotel's location was really central, i could get around so easily! the staff were also super helpful and kind, i really appreciated their help with directions and recommendations.

my room was quite small, it was hard to open my suitcase fully. there also weren't many toiletries available in the room, i missed having some lotion or tissues.

clean room helpful baggage service complimentary drinks

i had a lovely room that got cleaned daily. the hotel very helpfully kept my baggage. i enjoyed the complimentary bottle of fizz and drinks provided on the first night. the air conditioning worked great!

The room lacked a bit of sound insulation from the hallway. I could occasionally hear doors closing.

The location was VERY central. I found a walking tour offered on saturday mornings. It was informative. The staff helped keep my baggage for me. I had a complimentary bottle of fizz, a nice touch.

friendly staff great location clean premises tight room little room slamming doors

the staff were friendly and informative i found it clean. the location was great too. it was easy to get around from there.

the room i had was very tight. i thought it might be a little more spacious but there was very little room to move. there was a lot of noise from other rooms i could hear doors slamming.
