Excellent Stay with Fantastic Staff
helpful staff great food convenient location
I found the staff to be helpful, especially Eva at reception. She gave excellent advice regarding local day trips. The food choice was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. The hotel is situated in a great location that gave me an opportunity to view San Antonio Bay.
The hotel could benefit from some updates. The breakfast selection lacked variety. It especially needed more options for vegetarians. I noted there were no fresh vegetables available.

My room had a comfortable bed. It also featured an updated bathroom with a clean, modern shower. I had ample space to store my belongings for my visit to the area.

The location was very central. It was easy to walk to many places. The staff at reception were helpful. I got a kettle for my room upon request..

fresh omelettes lovely staff
the breakfast had plenty of choices. fresh omelettes were cooked right there. the staff was lovely.
the air conditioning was AWFUL and it didn't even work the first night. music from nearby clubs was disturbing. door banging was constant.
