vibrant clubs excellent pool helpful staff good service

I found the location excellent with vibrant clubs nearby. The pool was very nice. The staff was very helpful. They stored my luggage with care. The Italian receptionist offered good service.

The hotel could use a bit better care.

convenient location friendly staff missing hairdryer missing towels

the location was really convenient for visiting ushuaia and hi. the staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our suitcases all day until our evening flight even after we checked out.

The room did not have a hairdryer , so i had to buy one. there were no pool towels provided . I had to buy those as well.

good location clean pool security issue invaded privacy

the location was very good for going to clubs like ushuaia and hi. the pool was clean and refreshing. i was allowed to leave my suitcases all day after i checked out since my flight was in the evening.

the staff treated us horribly. one night security pounded on our door threatening to call the police if we did not open. we felt completely that our privacy was invaded and i could not sleep on the second night.

the staff was really helpful! i appreciated melina's assistance. the location was super convenient to the beach and nightlife places. the room had ample space and the swimming pool area was clean.

the wifi signal was a bit weak in the room, but worked fine in the reception area.

While there isn't an on-site restaurant, supermarkets are within walking distance. This made it easy to purchase groceries. many restaurants and bars are also located close by, giving plenty of dining options.

the hotel features a swimming pool visible from some apartments. there isn't an internal parking, but i easily found spots on the street! chillout music plays at the pool, which creates a relaxed atmosphere.

I am beyond thrilled with my room's size and found it very spacious. I discovered kitchen appliances and utilities provided were so convenient!

I noticed the absence of a lift , made hauling luggage a slight challenge.
