kevin seemed friendly and cute. i found the bus stop right outside very convenient. the breakfast basket delivered to my room was good.
there was thick dust on the ledges in the bathroom. i found the communication regarding check-in to be diabolical. i was told we had to check out in 15 mins with banging on the door.
