the staff was helpful and polite. i appreciated the room, it had cooking facilities to prepare simple snacks. i found some good restaurants within walking distance toward the european parliament building, a great bonus.
the room felt cold, and i could not modify the temperature. the window allowed cold air from the bottom. that side of the bed was really cold because of that draft.

Fantastic location near EU Parliament

I found the location excellent and near the metro. I easily reached food and coffee places from here. The staff gave me helpful information to guide me around as a tourist. Reaching Grand Place and other attractions was quick.
I noticed the mini kitchen had few utensils and no condiments. There was also no sponge to wash the dishes. The shower gel bottle was less than half full when I arrived.

The reception staff were very good at enabling me to access my room early, which I appreciated after a long journey. They work around the clock, ensuring assistance is always available. I also noticed staff members are very kind and helpful.

I found the staff polite. They went out of their way to assist. the location was very good near european parliament and parks. i appreciated easy public transport access and enjoyed walks to the grand place and ixelles areas. the hotel accommodated us for an early check-in.
The kitchen equipment seemed lacking even for generic stuff. The pan was worn out, i found that potentially hazardous.
