adequate stay but some cleanliness issues
dirty mirrordusty filters
I was pretty let down by the bathroom. I saw some dirt stains ALL over the mirror. the faucets also had grime on them. The air conditioning filters were full of dust. It was REALLY bad.

I found the hotel very close to subway stations. It was super easy to get around. The Yamato delivery office nearby helped me send my baggage to my next destination. The hotel had a good range of amenities.

excellent stay near the subway

i found the breakfast had both western and japanese options though i think they could add more choices. the location is near subway stations i saw various restaurants a grocery shop and convenient stores near the hotel. the room was very quiet and i had a peaceful sleep.

breakfast included both western and japanese choices it had free flow coffee tea and juices in the afternoon i did not need to buy drinks elsewhere.

i used the coin operated washing machine it allowed me to monitor the usage and timing from my room i found that convenient the amenities provided were very cute.

the room included complimentary drinks and use of the dining room until 10pm the staff changed the towels every day and cleaned the rooms every third day which worked well.

the staff were very courteous and greeted me every time i left and came back to the hotel they were always willing to help the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

the hotel location is good. it's five minutes away from several public transport stations. a huge supermarket is just two minutes away. there was also a "tea room" with perfect tea and coffee, it was a nice gesture.
the dining room wasn't big enough at breakfast time. i had to queue up once. the room was a little on the small side. the bed was against the wall.
