friendly staff comfy bed expensive breakfast bad area
The staff was friendly and very helpful for me. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfy also.
The hotel are is not very good. The breakfast was quoted at €40, it was expensive.

dodgy area musty smell
The area around the hotel felt dodgy, and i didn't feel safe walking around at night (i actually felt pretty nervous). a strong musty smell filled the room. It was unbearable! we had to open the window, but then pigeons tried to get in. the view from the terrace was of run-down buildings next door.

The super nice team and friendly. i especially appreciated their willingness to store my luggage after i checked out. the location was also great. I could easily walk to many attractions. plus, the room was spotlessly clean!
the room was a bit on the smaller side, making it difficult to fully unpack my belongings.

the coffee machine is available all day, providing complimentary nespresso coffee, a GREAT perk. there is also a rooftop terrace perfect for chilling and enjoying the views. luggage storage is available.

kind staff hot items
the staff was very kind. the room (a superior double or twin room) was super clean and cozy. breakfast included a menu with hot items. ear plugs were thoughtfully provided in the room (i found them quite useful).

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
convenient location clean apartment comfortable bed free coffee
I found the location quite convenient, near the Gothic Quarter and Plaza Catalunya. The apartment was clean, and the bed provided good comfort. The staff was always available, showing politeness and readiness to assist, this was really kind. I especially appreciated the free coffee from the Nespresso machine all day.
The lift looked quite old. I was a little concerned if it would get stuck.
