the location was quite good, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The room i got was not well insulated and very noisy. I could hear everything from the street and hallway. the breakfast was also disappointing, with limited choices and not much variety.

I found the staff to be lovely and accommodating to all my needs. the hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, near the waterfront. breakfast offered sufficient variety and quality for a great start to the day. i was pleased with the rooftop suite with hot tub. It offered perfect unwinding after a hot day.
the tv had limited channel options and some buffering issues.

the staff were cute and informative, addressing all queries promptly. they allowed an hour prior check-in, and an hour after the official check-out. the staff provided information on where to eat and the most interesting places to visit.

the staff was great. location is very good, it is easy to get around. shops is nearby, also ferry area. i think breakfast has nice options, its great but limited selection.
the plug in the bedroom did not work and seemed dangerous. i needed to use an adaptor, but there was no shaver plug in the bathroom.
