cramped roomuninterested staff
the location seemed great, right in the middle of everything. however, the room felt cramped. Even getting my suitcase open was a struggle. also, the cleanliness wasn't up to par as i noticed some dust and grime in the bathroom corners. finally, the staff seemed uninterested in resolving my complaints about the dirty room.

I loved how clean and modern everything was! the location is fantastic with easy access to everything, i walked to great restaurants and shops. the bathroom was amazing with both a tub and separate shower. The water pressure was super! i also got a welcome drink, a super nice touch. i would totally book again!

amazing stay in shinjuku!

the corner room on the 12th floor offered very nice views across shinjuku. the basement bar proved useful with affordable afternoon drinks available most days. the front desk staff were cheerful and helpful during check-in and throughout the week. shinjuku area provided an amazing array of meal choices and entertainment.
the room was quite small. two suitcases occupied the third bed as planned, limiting the available space. this made moving around a bit challenging at times. i would have appreciated more room to comfortably manage luggage.
