small elevator old carpet
The elevator seemed old. it was small. only two people with suitcases could fit in it. the bedroom felt old. the pillows had polystyrene balls inside. I could not use them. the carpet looked really old too. room lighting were not good either. the bathroom fan needed cleaning. the room fan control panel kept telling me to change the filters. all of this really annoyed me.

amazing location clean room helpful amenities
the location was amazing near the subway. i found many shops and restaurants close. the room was clean, also the hotel provided helpful amenities at the reception. i really appreciated the location and smooth check-in flow with helpful staff.
the gym was located outside the hotel, that was inconvenient for me.

The room was very clean. Fresh towels arrived daily. i appreciated the comfortable bed. the room size allowed easy movement. there were blackout blinds that worked well.

the staff was very friendly! check-in went smoothly when i arrived. the staff responded effectively when i added one more company before arrival. i felt grateful for their clear assistance.

a family mart was conveniently located right under the building. the hotel's location provided easy access to public transport. i found it very easy to reach shopping locations. narita buses are close by.
