i found the location quite convenient, with easy access to two metro stops within a short walk.. it simplified my travel around the area. the staff offered really good assistance and were very friendly . i found the room amenities quite useful, especially the fast wifi and the little necessities provided. the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, which i value greatly.
The room size felt a bit small. It limited my ability to fully open my luggage without some maneuvering.

The room had a layout that maximized space. It felt bigger than similar rooms in other locations. multiple train stations were very accessible from the hotel. i also appreciated the comfy mattress (especially since i prefer softer beds).
the check-in and check-out times felt restrictive considering the cost per night.

all clean I noticed coffee, tea and fresh towels were available daily the tv info displayed places for food and shopping near the hotel it showed the washing machine downstairs was busy too free movies and tv shows were a plus the air con control near the bed was so convenient i even stored luggage a day post-checkout
the hotel charged 500 yen to call a taxi for customers i found this charge a bit surprising and unexpected

the hotel's proximity to several metro stations made traveling easy access to haneda and narita airports was achievable several konbini nearby made getting breakfast and essential items very simple smaller restaurants were also very close
