I found the staff to be very helpful and always available. the location offered easy access to the old town. It was ideal. the breakfast had a good choice of items. I appreciated that. i liked the food that was available.
the wi-fi was not so great in the room! i had to go to reception to use it.

the hotel had a central location allowing for short walks to nearby attractions. the hotel's proximity to historical sites added value to the experience. the neighborhood had a lot of character, nice.

the staff were super friendly. i even got an upgrade to the ottoman pasha suite! the breakfast bar offered choices for everyone, from fresh fruit to pastries. the hotel has a great location right in the heart of things. everything was wonderful!
the music was loud in the evenings, though it stopped at a reasonable hour.

The staff was friendly and willing to help. our cleaning lady made towel figures on the bed. It was very nice. everything was clean and i found the food good.
i found the rooms to be quite small. there was also a lot of noise from the street. it was excessive street noise at times. the street noise bothered me a lot.
