The staff helped with luggage upon arrival. Complimentary water bottles were restocked daily. The hotel provided a small breakfast package for an early departure. The staff also showed concern when an unfamiliar person came to pick me up. They verified my destination to ensure my safety.
The room lacked soundproofing, and noise from neighboring rooms was easily audible.

I was a bit let down by my room. it felt a little claustrophobic, like a prison cell. i also found the breakfast quite poor. There wasn't much selection, and honestly, not much tasted good (maybe my taste is too exquisite). on the third day, even the fruit disappeared. i understand cost-cutting, but still...

i appreciated the clean room i stayed in.. the air conditioning worked efficiently. breakfast had various options including fresh fruit and cheeses. i also found the location convenient as i walked to many attractions easily.
the street outside was sometimes noisy early in the morning.
