Excellent Stay with Great Hospitality
helpful staff water bottles breakfast package safety concern
The staff helped with luggage upon arrival. Complimentary water bottles were restocked daily. The hotel provided a small breakfast package for an early departure. The staff also showed concern when an unfamiliar person came to pick me up. They verified my destination to ensure my safety.
The room lacked soundproofing, and noise from neighboring rooms was easily audible.

The hotel is situated one minute from the main street. Bus stops are very close to the hotel. The red train line, which goes to historical sites, is also nearby.

windowless room poor breakfast
I was a bit let down by my room. it felt a little claustrophobic, like a prison cell. i also found the breakfast quite poor. There wasn't much selection, and honestly, not much tasted good (maybe my taste is too exquisite). on the third day, even the fruit disappeared. i understand cost-cutting, but still...

charming stay near old town
clean room efficient air conditioning varied breakfast
i appreciated the clean room i stayed in.. the air conditioning worked efficiently. breakfast had various options including fresh fruit and cheeses. i also found the location convenient as i walked to many attractions easily.
the street outside was sometimes noisy early in the morning.

The staff was genuinely kind and always available. the rooms had daily cleaning with fresh towels provided. the hotel's location was very central, near many shops and attractions. breakfast had many fresh options. I especially liked the pastries.
the elevator was sometimes slow during peak hours.
