The staff offered friendly service. The cleaning service provided fresh towels daily. My room felt spacious. It had a microwave, a kettle, glasses, mugs, and cutlery. Free parking was easy nearby!

The pool area had a fantastic vibe. the azul bar staff were great. Paul, ortillia, anglia, and ali deserve recognition. i had the best food of my holiday at the pool bar and the cocktails tasted delicious.
the room seemed smaller than the pictures suggested. i thought it felt darker and less modern than expected. the listing's promised boutique vibe was not really apparent.

i liked the friendly staff at the reception and pool area , they were very cute. the breakfast had great food options poolside , i really enjoyed that. the hotel's location is also very convenient , close to many attractions.
the rooms smelled a bit because of humidity , even after i left the windows open for a while.

the pool area included plenty of space for relaxation and enjoyment. i noticed that the staff maintained this area very well , it remained clean and well-organized throughout my stay , a real plus.

my room featured a big bed that was just like two singles pushed together , it provided ample space. the room also included many conveniently placed sockets , this made charging my devices very easy and straightforward.

the staff was friendly and provided great service especially despina.
the hotel room had mold and a very strong smell of humidity it was disappointing the hotel was aware of this and still offered these rooms the bed covering smelled weird and moldy i found this unacceptable.

The room included a kettle, fridge, and microwave. I found good prices at the bar. Very neat place. I appreciate that. The hotel gave me a good value for the price.
The hotel should consider providing more breakfast options. I would have enjoyed additional choices .
