the bedding felt very clean. i noticed the staff were quite helpful. the breakfast offered a satisfactory selection of items.
the furniture was somewhat old. the bathroom had bad LIGHTING. the street noise was audible even on the upper floors.

The location is convenient. I found the proximity to public transport and the walking distance to Las Ramblas a major benefit. The staff members were helpful and always greeted me with a smile (always a nice touch).
The mattress was too hard for me. Even on the fifth floor, i noticed street noise all night (i guess, the window was not soundproof).

The room featured a spacious layout. It included well-equipped amenities and provided ample space for luggage. There was a dedicated work area with a desk and comfortable chair, ideal for catching up on emails.
