The staff provided really good service and were always available. I received a modern, cozy, clean room on the third floor. The location was convenient near many dining options. I found the shower powerful and the bed big, great for a good night's sleep.
The touch screen for the air conditioning was a little tricky (though I got used to it).

The hotel has an excellent location and is within easy walking distance of the main train station. Several dining options are available nearby. It is also a reasonable walk to San Marco square.

The staff was very kind and polite. They seemed helpful and were available 24 hours. They also offered luggage storage at no extra cost.

The room was modern and tidy. It was equipped with a tv. The beds and pillows were comfortable. My room was very clean (especially the bathroom!).
