The hotel is near major attractions. i found the staff friendly (and they spoke english very well). the rooms are simple, and i appreciated that they were clean. i also liked the proximity to a laundry facility. Clean clothes after travel were welcome.

The location is very nice. I could quickly reach St Mark's Square and the Doge's Palace from here. The ferry stations were also nearby (very convenient!). The staff provided helpful guidance. They answered all my questions. The room was very cozy and offered all necessary amenities.
I noticed the room key policy required leaving keys at reception upon departure. I found this slightly inconvenient.

The hotel is centrally located, a couple of minutes away from St Mark's Square. It is easy to access St Mark's Basilica and the Doge Palace from this location. The water taxi stop S. Zaccaria offered a direct line to the train station.

The staff are friendly (the hosts are amazing!). They are very helpful, lovely to talk to, and willing to assist with anything. There is a 24-hour reception available, made check-in convenient.

The hotel had a great location near the main square. The staff was friendly and helped me with directions around the area. The room was clean upon arrival and it had all the necessary amenities. The linens were fresh and the towels were fluffy.
The bathroom was very small and it made showering a bit challenging.
