The location was very central to the historic area. The staff was helpful in arranging taxis and assisting with requests. The valet service for the car was very helpful , as parking can be difficult. The hotel provided a good service overall and I appreciated the assistance.
The lack of maintenance was apparent, with unfinished work in places.

The apartment included a roomy, nicely furnished living area with two levels. There were two bedrooms, more than I requested. The room was spacious, providing ample space for luggage and relaxation after a long day.

The staff was amazing and helpful . They promptly found someone able to translate when direct communication was difficult. I appreciated the unending patience shown by the reception and guides.

The location was amazing, situated in a beautiful part of the island. I found the Sicilian style of the place totally appealing. The valet service for my car was a real bonus. It really took the stress out of parking (a huge plus!).
The room decor could use a refresh to better match the building's character.

This hotel has a great location. I was close to the beach and multiple places to eat. Early check-in was possible because a deal was available for my stay. The hotel allowed me to see jewish baths. These baths are above the hotel.
The hotel accepted to keep my bags only until 1pm on my last day. Otherwise, It is difficult to find parking in ortigia.
