The location was excellent. It was very close to facilities. I found the bus stop just across the road, convenient for tours. Room service was quite efficient. The receptionist was helpful each time I interacted with them.
The bathroom floor was wet after a shower due to the shower curtain setup. a mop was provided.

The bed offered little support. Its mattress clearly needs replacement. cheap towels provided are not acceptable. the staff lacked enthusiasm during check-in, i expect more courtesy.

Check-in after hours was simple I buzzed and was let in my room was unlocked with the key inside. The location is very good near bus stop #9 making airport transfers easy. The central location provides easy access to shops along Laugavegur.

Central and Convenient Place

Check in was simple. I arrived late, and they let me in and my room was unlocked. My key was inside. The location is good for me. It is right by a bus stop. I could easily get to the airport. Shopping was close to me.
Sound insulation to the rooms next door was low. I could hear some noise.
