the location was great for getting around.. it was near the hallgrímskirkja church. the kitchen had good facilities for preparing meals.

i found the check-in process speedy and so simple. our room served perfectly as a fantastic base for adventure. we actually used the shared kitchen several times and it seemed well stocked with equipment.
the sliding bathroom door sat REALLY close to the second bed, i must say. all, uh, ablutions became pretty obvious. it is a small thing, i know, but still kinda hard to deal with.

i did see there is an AMAZING breakfast service here. i didn't take part but it looked AMAZING, with local produce and traditional items which could please any guest. the dining area seats up to 30 PEOPLE.

the shared kitchen has several electric hobs AND microwaves. the lounge area is filled with local art. i really liked that the hotel offered luggage storage POST checkout for late flights.

The location provide city access, a short walk to shops and restaurants. The facilities were super clean. Kitchenettes are great for light meals and drinks. Staff were helpful with local directions.
Bathroom have limited supplies. Parking was a small issue sometimes. I did think it could be a little cheaper.

the location was good because it was close to the city center.
the room lacked soundproofing and i could hear everything in the neighboring rooms and bathrooms. opening the heavy doors from inside required two hands. i also noticed there was no toaster in the kitchen, and i really wanted toast.
