unexpectedly GOOD stay!
ample parking satisfying breakfast quiet neighborhood
The ample parking right in front of the building made coming and going EASY! also, breakfast was included, and I found it quite satisfying. the hotel has 24/7 coffee and cookies which i needed. It was a convenient and thoughtful touch. i definitely enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It really let me unwind after exploring.
the room didn't QUITE match the pictures, a little disappointing. It wasn't a HUGE issue, but it's something i hope they improve.

The rooms HAVE clean spaces. I noticed there was artwork paintings on every floor and even reading corners with different book genres available. the provided bed felt comfy after long travels. I was very pleased.

The hotel enjoys a quiet neighborhood. ample parking space right in front simplifies travel. i appreciated that the main street with shops and restaurants was reasonably accessible. Perfect for exploring.

Clean Rooms, Good Breakfast
quality pillows smooth process
The beds provided excellent comfort with top-quality pillows I found the rooms clean and well kept upon my arrival. I also appreciated the easy self-check-in process via the Greyline bus service right from the airport. The service made my arrival very smooth.
My room had only one small light and felt dim I think additional lighting would significantly improve the room's ambiance and overall comfort.

Adequate stay overall
plentiful breakfast strategic location dark room cramped space
The breakfast was plentiful, with LOTS of options. I appreciated the easy walk to the places I wanted to visit. The artwork was AMAZING!!! There was also a chessboard in the common area my children loved.
The room was a bit snug to get around the bed. The rooms were clean but VERY dark. The lighting contributed to this issue. I found this somewhat unpleasant.

The free coffee machine was a lovely touch, it was available all day and night! the breakfast offered a nice selection, especially those fresh baked items. i really appreciated the free parking. It made everything so much easier. i found the staff accommodating and very helpful. .!
The decor felt a bit dark. Brighter colors would have made a difference.

The hotel has free coffee available. The kitchen had all the necessary items for meal preparation, which I found very useful. I was able to easily cook meals from the supermarket nearby. The hotel has a calm atmosphere, which I enjoyed.
The breakfast room felt small. It got crowded easily during breakfast hours. The illumination in the room was too dim for my liking. I wished there were brighter lights.

open drain shower stains
the bathroom was honestly disgusting. the paint on the shower floor peeled off. the drain was completely open, i saw the pipes. shower curtain had stains, i was not happy.

I appreciated the convenient parking. The parking space was available right in front of the building. This made coming and going very easy. The hotel stay included breakfast, and I was surprised by it. I also found a restaurant nearby, The Loving Hut, it offered delicious meals at reasonable prices.
I found some cleanliness issues. There were hairs of previous guests on the bed and floor. The bathroom lights did not work though. There was also no soap available in the bathroom.
