loud air conditioningunfriendly staff
The air conditioning was too loud. It made it hard to sleep. i also had to ask several times for towels. the reception staff did not seem friendly at all. They should smile more! the bathroom was small and the toilet placement was awkward.

the room was clean and spacious! the buffet breakfast offered a good selection of tasty foods. the hotel is conveniently located, approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk to the masjid.
The ac duct emitted excessive noise. It disrupted a quiet environment.

the breakfast buffet presented a sufficient variety. the food tasted quite amazing!!! the hotel also offered daily coffee treats at the entrance, a very nice touch, indeed.

the reception staff helped me always. the rooms maintained neatness and cleanliness. the breakfast offered good options considering the price. the location proved perfect with only ten minutes walk to masjid al nabawi. a grocery store and pharmacy are right outside, so i found it really convenient.
I noticed the hotel requested a deposit upon check-in despite full online payment. The reason was unclear, and a room inspection preceded its return, i found the process unusual.
