Amazing Stay, Super Close!
free upgradeavailable parkingoutside noise
the staff was on it, super friendly! they upgraded me to a better room for free, awesome perk. plus, parking was available. i was so happy with how close it was to everything too!
the noise outside at night was a real problem. the window didn't close properly, so i heard all the traffic. next time, i will bring earplugs or ask for a quieter room, its a must!

the family suite was very spacious and clean! there were two separate rooms, a small fridge, and a kettle for tea. the bathroom was a good size, it included all necessary toiletries, it was really great!

i was very pleased with the room upgrade i received upon arrival. the hotel staff sent a complimentary fruit plate to my room, that was a lovely gesture. the location was wonderful as well, very convenient for visiting the masjid.
the breakfast options could have included a few more international choices.

the hotel offered a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite. the location was convenient with a very short walk to masjid nabawi! the breakfast buffet had many delicious options, it was more than enough.
the furniture looked a bit outdated.

the team upgraded our room at no extra cost. breakfast was a super delicious experience with plenty of options. it's a very short walk to the masjid nabawi and nearby historic mosques which was easy. hospitality was great and it created a wonderful overall experience.

the location is very close to the prophet's mosque. breakfast had a good selection of arabic specialties. staff was friendly, especially abdul kadir from the restaurant team.
the parking was full when we arrived. we booked it for this purpose. we were not guided to the haram parking nearby.
