The hotel was clean. It was tidy and quiet. The location is a short walk to the city centre. Buses run into the centre if you prefer not to walk. The bed was comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee were available.
The shower door was faulty.

The reception guy was very lovely! i got free tea and coffee all day and night. it's a short walk to st james's park. A lovely area downstairs allowed me to relax. I will be back. it has newcastle themed walls with the badge and arsenal memorabilia too.
the room walls are very thin. i could hear neighboring people in other rooms. it made it hard to sleep.
