Convenient Location and Helpful Staff
prime location helpful staff early assistance
The hotel boasts A prime location, a few streets from the main beach. The staff was quite helpful. A lady assisted me with changing my bus ticket online. Another staff member helped me change my room at 3:30 am, which I appreciated.
The air conditioning was not working ! and I was told it only heats rooms in the winter.

The breakfast room is spacious, with options. The lobby area provides comfortable seating. There is a parking garage nearby, which costs extra. It provides convenience traveling by car.

The hotel has a superb location near the beach! I found the front desk staff genuinely helpful and cute. Breakfast included good choices, with delicious, fresh items. I loved the fresh orange juice. I really liked how super clean the room was.
The room decor was a bit dated, it could use some modernisation.

The communal areas were very well maintained. The hotel provided a cute atmosphere with clean and tidy spaces, a comfortable experience for all guests and visitors alike. There was also easy access to nearby parking facilities.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance of La Concha beach and the Old Town. You can easily explore local attractions and enjoy the city's vibe! without needing a car. The area felt safe and accessible.

The breakfast included various options, such as fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. I also appreciated the availability of freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee. The breakfast area was clean and well-organized, the staff kept the buffet well-stocked.

The front office team offered really good guest service. Staff members were attentive and responsive. They addressed my queries promptly, showing a high level of professionalism. I felt very welcome during the entire stay.

The location was pretty decent. It was close to the beach.
The room was small and the air conditioning barely worked. i felt a bit claustrophobic. it was way too warm for comfort. Sleeping was difficult.

Solid Stay Near the Coast
comfy bed friendly staff easy walk local knowledge
My room have a really comfy bed and the toiletries was great. The staff was friendly. It was convenient to walk to the railway station and the beach. Laura at the front desk was excellent with local knowledge.
The AC did not work right so I had to open windows. This invite mosquitos.
