Location was sensational. Outside sunbeds and hot tub did have an amazing view. Service was amazing by the concierge team, they were very helpful.
The photos showed rooms with shape as a 'cave' with windows. When I arrived our room did not have windows.

The room was in a cave style and very spacious with a huge bathroom. The room had some sun beds looking over the sea, I did find this lovely. Daily cleaning kept everything super clean and fresh.

Staff took care of us WELL. They were all accommodating and very easy to talk to, which I appreciate. Staff were fast to answer whenever I called when I needed anything. Porters bring luggage to the rooms.

I was greeted with a drink at reception, that was nice. My room also had a kettle and some assortment tea which I appreciated. They gave 110 to their guests, i noticed that.

shared balconylack of acknowledgement
I had booked a room advertised with a sea view and balcony. the balcony was shared with other guests, diminishing the sense of privacy i expected. also, my suitcase broke when a staff member carried it to the hotel. this damage was never acknowledged by anyone at the hotel. i found this lack of communication quite disheartening. A simple apology would have been appreciated.
