inadequate shower pressuremalfunctioning air conditioning
i must report a couple of issues. the air conditioning barely functioned. the room remained uncomfortably warm despite my adjustments. furthermore, the shower pressure was inadequate. it made rinsing off soap a tedious task. i expect a hotel to provide basic comfort.

The hotel offers A free shuttle to the center which is super convenient. I enjoyed using this service multiple times . The pool area WAS clean and inviting after a day of exploring. I used the cooking facilities and found them very useful.

I found the free shuttle bus to the main town very convenient. The staff were helpful. They addressed my queries promptly. The hotel offered a nice pool that I used daily.
The bathroom faucet was not stable . The air conditioner leaked water in my room. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room and the hotel area, which I noticed frequently.
