the location IS excellent, just steps from transport links. i found free washing and drying machines available, a real convenience.

the room felt chilly, and the bed proved to be SOMEWHAT uncomfortable. when I mentioned the temperature, I was given little assistance, it felt.

The room felt small for two people with luggage. It was quite cramped. additionally, one staff member acted rudely when i asked about using the microwave outside the specified hours. The pantry was locked, and they seemed annoyed by my simple question. their attitude definitely left a bad taste.

I was very happy with the location near the train station. it was super easy to get around. The lake and shops were close by. i found the contactless check-in smooth and efficient. i did like the friendly receptionist who gave great recommendations for nearby places.

i noticed just a tiny bit of noise from the hallway early in the morning.
