The room include complimentary tea bags. A shuttle to the Masjid al-Haram ran every hour, twenty-four hours per day. The reception staff were superb. Rooms had complimentary water.
The room carpets needed a better cleaning.

check in was easy. a nice cafe are in the hotel do offered good drinks. the rooms were kept clean and the a/c are working great. i could get take away orders delivered right up to my room, it was a real treat.
the bus stop was really far from the haram. i believe it's almost a 30 minute walk. my room had no windows and a strong smell i think from the a/c.

the breakfast had amazing variety. i felt so grateful. the bus schedule ran accurately, a dependable rhythm for my daily prayers, it eased my mind. the room was clean, a sweet haven after long days.

Solid Choice for Pilgrims

The hotel provided timely shuttle service to the masjid al-haram. I saw many supermarkets located conveniently around the hotel, a great advantage. The hotel restaurant looked very clean. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food.
The noise isolation was lacking. People yelled frequently. I don't know why, but this made it hard to relax.

The staff provides friendly environment for visitors, i felt. Employees offered assistance to guests needing guidance and support, a real boon. The receptionist handled a difficult situation well, he was really helpful.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff members were helpful and informative. I also found the cleanliness to be great. There were so many facilities available for people doing Umrah and Haj.
The transport to the Haram was not a direct bus from the hotel. The bus from the hotel took us to a bus station. Then we walked half a kilometer to catch another bus, a government bus, to the Haram.
