sujon and ali.!! their genuine hospitality and attention to detail were excellent. they kept my room super tidy every day, showing very nice dedication. they also anticipated my needs, always checking to ensure i was completely satisfied. this proactive care.
the location is on a slight hill, which can be a bit inconvenient. the hotel does offer a golf cart service to help with the hill, but it is still something to consider.

The service was quite slow at times. It seemed like the staff was often stretched thin. My biggest issue was with the noise from other guests at night. It disrupted my sleep MORE than once. The walls seemed thin, and I could hear conversations and movement quite clearly. I expected more peace.

The staff, especially Zahid Ali and Suzon Ahmed, were very helpful and polite . My room was cleaned every day to a high standard, i appreciated that. The hotel provided Good value for money. I will visit this hotel again.
i found that the carpet didn't appear completely clean upon my arrival, though everything else was great.

The hotel offers convenient amenities like little golf carts to assist with the hill, a thoughtful service. These golf carts regularly transport guests up and down the steepest slopes near the hotel, a Great help after long days.

the room cleaning was excellent, the staff maintained superb standards of cleanliness, and paid great attention to detail every day. the daily room service was prompt. assistant manager zahid ali was attentive and met us daily to check on our experience. i highly recommend this hotel for its really good service!
the hotel is on a hill, an inconvenience for some. they have a golf cart that takes you up and down. it's a little far from the haram, about 10 minutes walk when not busy, so it was still manageable.

the hotel does not have a restaurant. however, many dining options are nearby, with a variety of cuisines! local shops are just steps away from the hotel, and made it easy to grab a quick bite.

the staff was helpful and responsive. they addressed every request quickly and efficiently, the staff were always smiling! assistant manager zahid ali were pretty good too ensure my needs were met .

Checking in and out was a fast procedure. The room was clean and acceptable. Four beds were in my room, even though only two people stayed there so it was spacious. The shower had strong water pressure.
The staff were not always present, and I did not see a bell to call for help. The door lock felt unsafe. Someone tried to enter my room using a different card.
