fantastic stay near plaza catalunya

helpful staff convenient location

The staff was helpful with directions and local tips. they provided maps and ensured we were comfortable throughout our visit. the location is perfect. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby so it was very convenient. i liked having a kettle in the room.

The shower had some black mold on the tiles. This is something that could definitely be improved, for sure! the shower door also had a cake of black gunk inside.

The hotel has a coffee machine in the communal area where pastries are available. an outside terrace provides a spot for relaxation. I found it very calming after a long day of sightseeing. this hotel included nespresso machine and a kettle.

the hotel is a short walk from plaza catalunya, i walked there in 5 minutes. its closeness to the metro made traveling convenient and easy. there were lots of dining options around.

The room provided had a safe for valuables. This was very important to me. i had fluffy towels that were replaced every day. the room was also equipped with a fridge. the high ceiling.

the staff offered great service. they made restaurant recommendations and gave good tourist information. i appreciated the complimentary coffee and pastries for breakfast so much. camille was very helpful and friendly to all guests.

black mold grime accumulation

i found the shower to be quite unsatisfactory. black mold was present on the tiles. a significant accumulation of grime sat inside the shower door. it seems the cleaning staff neglects this area when the shower door is closed.

The shower was disappointing. I saw some black mold on the tiles, and there was a concerning cake of black gunk inside the shower door. A deeper clean would help. when I arrived, no one told me about the reception area. I missed out on the continental breakfast.
