I found the staff very attentive! the breakfast included eggs, bacon, and fruit! the lobby was nice, with fresh water available. They also stored my bags after checkout, a great convenience. i liked that they kept the original stairs and molding throughout the hotel. the bed was comfy!

the breakfast included oatmeal fruits and bread daily. the staff offered helpful tips about the city and always seemed ready to assist. i found the location ideal and it was just a short walk to union square.
the room was a bit old but serviceable. the shower was small i felt a bit cramped inside. i wish the bathroom had been a little bigger for comfort.
