the location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. public transport and many attractions are super near. the hotel showed flexibility with check-in and check-out times and i found that really convenient. room had everything i needed.
the door locks seemed unsafe. i wouldn't suggest this place to female travelers on their own. the hotel seemed rundown and need makeover.

The room felt quite dated. i noticed the carpets looked worn and some of the walls needed a fresh coat of paint. also, the noise from outside was pretty noticeable. It was difficult to sleep well with the constant city sounds. the hotel tried to charge me twice for the room.

I found the location amazing. It's super close to everything (especially public transport!). the staff showed real kindness . i also really appreciated the fresh towels provided every day. It reminded me of a small luxury after long days.
I did notice some noise at night coming from outside. It sometimes made it a bit difficult to fall asleep quickly (earplugs helped a little).

the beautiful king room included a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows (i slept like a baby!). the room seemed clean and well kept. i appreciated the air conditioning working very well.

the front desk staff remembered me from a previous stay. the cleaning lady on my floor was very cute and always greeted me with a smile. the prompt attention to requests was amazing.

The hotel restaurant offers a good selection of dishes. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options. the restaurant provides a relaxing atmosphere with attentive service. They were very kind. the coffee was excellent.
