happy stay
perfect location easy transport convenient flexibility
the location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. public transport and many attractions are super near. the hotel showed flexibility with check-in and check-out times and i found that really convenient. room had everything i needed.
the door locks seemed unsafe. i wouldn't suggest this place to female travelers on their own. the hotel seemed rundown and need makeover.

the staff was responsive and provided great guidance on food options. they accommodated a late check-in. staff gave directions and recommendations. they answered questions i had.

the hotel offers easy access to public transportation. cable car stations are super close. plenty of shopping is nearby. i find fridge in my room and keurig coffee pot.

mixed feelings about this stay
worn carpets double charge
The room felt quite dated. i noticed the carpets looked worn and some of the walls needed a fresh coat of paint. also, the noise from outside was pretty noticeable. It was difficult to sleep well with the constant city sounds. the hotel tried to charge me twice for the room.

charming stay!
great location kind staff fresh towels
I found the location amazing. It's super close to everything (especially public transport!). the staff showed real kindness . i also really appreciated the fresh towels provided every day. It was like a small luxury after long days.
I did notice some noise at night coming from outside. It sometimes made it a bit difficult to fall asleep quickly (earplugs helped a little).

the beautiful king room included a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows (i slept like a baby!). the room seemed clean and well-kept. i appreciated the air conditioning working very well.

the front desk staff remembered me from a previous stay. the cleaning lady on my floor was very cute and always greeted me with a smile. the prompt attention to requests was amazing.

The hotel restaurant offers a good selection of dishes. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options. the restaurant provides a relaxing atmosphere with attentive service. They were very kind. the coffee was excellent.

faulty door slow drain
the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
the room i was assigned was not well-kept. the bathroom door did not close properly. furthermore, the sink was slow to drain, inconvenient.
