i appreciated the hotel following the description and photos exactly. the location is behind the vibrant part of the area, so everything is quite accessible. the staff was friendly and courteous (like everywhere else in japan).
the neighborhood transforms at night and we were a little uncomfortable. the bathroom bin was not clean upon arrival.
