the capsule had plenty of space. i found that the facilities are great! the locker room and bathrooms were clean and functional. the staff was super friendly and helped me with any questions i had.

The bed was not comfortable. i could hear others strolling in and out of capsules all night. it was just a curtain. It did not block out any noise.

The location was excellent.. just a short walk to the station and close to various dining options. I received a kit including a towel, night dress, and toothbrush. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I didn't feel claustrophobic at all, as the capsule was more spacious than expected. The provided pajamas and towels were refreshed daily.

There was no provision for drinks such as water, coffee, or tea.

The facilities are very modern. The cafe on the bottom floor offers a really good breakfast and is convenient. The bed was comfortable and cozy. I enjoyed the view from the lounge area (especially at night!).

The locker was too small. My regular suitcase did not fit. the sleep pod had a noisy fan, it produced a humming sound several times a minute.. earplugs did little to help my sleep.
