The room felt quite cramped. the bathroom was tiny and lacked sufficient space for toiletries. I had difficulty organizing my personal items. the hard and lumpy pillows also impacted my sleep quality negatively.

I appreciated the proximity to union station. The location made accessing the city very convenient. The staff was responsive to requests. I received prompt assistance with my luggage. My room included good blackout curtains, very helpful.

My room's window overlooked a brick wall, I needed to keep the lights on even during the day.

I enjoyed my stay SO much. The staff was friendly and helpful every time i needed something. The room had a very comfortable bed and fresh linens. The location is close to Union station. It made getting around easy.

the location near union station was really convenient, i used it for concerts and events. i found the lobby and café area inviting with a cute atmosphere. the room itself was tidy and also COOL.
I had an issue with the room's darkness, even with all the lights on , , made it a bit difficult to see clearly. the bathroom door was opaque glass. This offered very little privacy.

the front desk manager, ratnesh, was very courteous , and he also proved to be especially helpful throughout the duration of my stay, i appreciated his readiness to assist and provide useful information.

i tried mossops, the new restaurant , and the food was delicious , i enjoyed the mossops spritz a lot. sonam, our server , was very nice, and provided excellent service throughout the meal.
