a mixed stay near the airport
poor cleaning muffin handling
The cleanliness in some areas needs attention. I noticed the area under the toilet seat wasn't cleaned well. also, the breakfast was just okay. I would have liked a better selection. there didn't seem to be much supervision in the breakfast area either. some guests were touching the muffins then putting them back. Maybe individually wrapped muffins would be better.

broken air conditioning poor staff communication
The room was uncomfortably warm on arrival. The temperature was already at 74 degrees. Despite informing the front desk, the issue wasn't resolved. A staff member confirmed the air conditioning was broken. I expected better communication and follow-through from the staff.

reliable shuttle clean room competitive price fresh towel
I have stayed at this hotel twice now. The shuttle to the airport is reliable. The rooms are clean and adequately sized. The price is competitive for the area. It is a good value. I was pleased that they provided fresh towels each day.
The breakfast was basic, though the hot options were acceptable, it lacked variety.
