The hotel location was very convenient. It was easy to walk to many attractions. The front desk staff was helpful and provided a map. They also gave suggestions for local restaurants.
The room faced a bar. I could hear music until late even with earplugs. There was a problem with the a/c, it wasn't working correctly. The safe in the room also did not work.

The staff was very friendly. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. They also supplied a city map noting major attractions and arranged taxi service to the airport upon my departure. The hotel location enables easy access for walking around the city to see sights and sounds.
The room I was assigned did not resemble the photos displayed on the website. I also found it very noisy and experienced difficulty sleeping well because I could hear everything inside the hotel. The price seemed excessive relative to the quality I RECEIVED.

The hotel enjoys an extraordinary location. You can walk to all the tourist sites. A variety of bars and restaurants are also very close. It is very convenient. I appreciated this.

The staff was very helpful! Jorge particularly helped me plan my journey. The location is great and lots of restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is very clean.
My shower head was broken and was not fixed . The room had no amenities such as a tea kettle or coffee. The main lobby had areas of disrepair. Apply, twice.
