adequate stay near the center
central location helpful staff luggage storage basic bedroom thin wall noisy environment
the location was very close to gran via and right next to the metro stations. i preferred to walk to most places since i was only 10-20 min walk from all the touristic spots. the staff let me put the luggages at the hotel until my check in time. this was very helpful to me.
my bedroom was very basic. it was too warm even with the radiator off and the window open. there was nowhere to hang towels to dry in the bathroom. the bedroom door and walls were thin so it was noisy at night.

great location and friendly faces
helpful staff excellent location metro station
the staff were helpful. the location is excellent near bars and restaurants. the metro station entrance is very close, about 30 metres away. i could easily walk to tourist sites!
i had trouble with the bathroom door. there was water after i showered. i needed to use my towel to clean. i asked for new towels the second day.

helpful staff clean rooms tiny bathrooms high contact
The front desk staff was helpful. They made the arrival process smooth. The cleaning ladies kept the rooms very clean. The rooms are comfortable in the center.
The bathrooms are tiny with curtains. There was often a lot of hair everywhere. The room only had one electrical contact and it was very high on the wall.

Excellent Central Stay
convenient location short walk quick assistance very clean
The location was convenient. It was a short walk to many attractions (the metro station being right nearby was a real bonus). The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, providing quick assistance. I really appreciated their help with directions and recommendations. The room and bathroom were very clean, something i value highly.
The walls seemed a little thin, so i could sometimes hear noise from the hallway.

The room featured comfortable bedding and a functional layout. It had sufficient space for one person and included a small desk. The bathroom had a good shower with consistent hot water, which i appreciated.

While the place does not have an on-site restaurant, there are many dining options nearby. I found several cafes and restaurants within a five-minute walk. These places offered a variety of cuisines and price points.

The location is central. Many attractions are within walking distance, or a short metro ride away (the metro stop is close). The neighborhood felt safe and had plenty of shops and services nearby.

central stay!
amazing location friendly staff clean bathrooms
the location is amazing. i was right in the middle of everything with bars and restaurants all around, and the metro was only 30 meters away. it was super easy to walk to all the tourist sites, and the staff were nice. the bathrooms were clean most of the time.
my room was noisy. i heard people all the time, and i barely slept. the air in the room got stuffy and had a strange smell when i closed the window because of rain.

the staff were super friendly and showed me iconic locations on a map. the front desk team was talented and supportive, and the cleaning ladies were top noch. i found excellent customer service throughout.

The double bed was comfy, and the windows are nice and breezy. my room had air conditioning, great. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and safe. It was all very well maintained.

There is a lift in the building, useful. the wifi was good and reliable . i found a bidet in my bathroom, and it was clean and simple to use. It changed my life!
