Central Location and Helpful Staff

The location is quite convenient. Many shopping centers are nearby. Restaurants and bars of all kinds are within easy reach. The staff was very professional and attentive (Laura and Mila helped me a lot). Activities at this hostel allowed me to integrate with other people. The salsa class was good, and the amphitheater atmosphere was very fun and lively.

I didn't identify any area for improvement.

I found the staff very helpful! Nicolle at the reception provided excellent service. The air conditioning in my room worked very well and kept the space cool.

My room was located in a separate building. This made it harder to socialize with other guests. The towel in my room was also dirty. I was disappointed in the cleanliness.
