rooftop poolfresh fruitconvenient service
The rooftop pool was awesome! It provided great views and a cool place to relax. Breakfast included fresh fruit and delicious arepas. I like that they also offer same-day laundry service, it was super convenient.
The music from the rooftop bar does go until late.

I found the room cleanliness to be lacking. There was dirt visible on the floor and noticeable dust. the shared bathroom had significant mold. I also developed a cough (maybe due to the conditions).

the location is Central. this was a convenient aspect of the stay.
The room i got was not adequately clean. I observed dirt on the floor. i booked a tour through the app, but when i arrived, staff claimed i had not actually booked it. the girl behind the counter offered no real resolution and just rolled her eyes.
