The rooms were modern and each had air conditioning. toiletries were provided in the bathroom alongside a hair dryer. the staff at reception helped store our luggage after checkout, as our flight was later and they allowed us to use the pool and restaurant. i really appreciated this gesture. there is a restaurant and bar available by the pool. The staff there are excellent and start at 7:30 am.
The wifi was intermittent and did not work in the room for days! it worked poorly in the communal areas. It was resolved a few days before we left. i needed reliable internet access, so this was difficult.

The breakfast selection was good and always fresh. It was lovely. i noticed breakfast started early and the staff made sure everything was well stocked. the staff provided quick refills.

the reception staff helped us book excursions. they are cute and friendly. i found them very helpful with directions! the staff at the bar were also very kind.

The location is convenient if you drive. It is close to the city center. there are public transportation options nearby as well. That i checked out. there are plenty of shops located close to the venue
