great locationno bell hopsterrible buffet food
The location was fine. It was close to a beach.
The hotel looked like a 90's college dorm from the outside. There were no bell hops, so baggage was a nightmare. I had a terrible check in. The food at the buffet was also terrible.

The room was so clean! Foods were much better than I expected. The pool area felt so relaxing and perfect for my young daughter.
The hotel does needs a little updating.

adequate stay, some disappointments
friendly staffplastic loungerslimited storage
the staff were friendly. the pool was a decent size.
the room was small and lacked storage (no fridge or kettle either). the sun loungers were hard plastic, which hurt my back. i ended up having to get up early each day to secure one. these issues affected the overall experience.

Acceptable, but with Issues
well-kept poolpoor soundproofingexpensive drinks
The pool seemed quite well kept, and I found available sunbeds most of the time.
My room was not as soundproof as I expected. Noise from the hallway was noticeable at all hours. The air conditioning barely worked, even after reporting it to the front desk. I was also surprised to discover that drinks were not included with dinner. Even water required an extra purchase.
