kids club maro world brunch hours convenient brunch food variety small terrace shower leak moldy shower
the maro world kids club was a hit with the children. the buffet brunch had great hours (from 07:00 to 13:00). i found the food had good variety at both brunch and dinner. i also enjoyed spending time by the pool.
our room terrace felt tiny and overlooked the bins (which was a shame). delivery vans woke us every morning with their noise. the shower leaked and had mould, an unhygienic situation that i didn't like.

an adequate stay with some shortcomings
inadequate air conditioning limited tv channels
the room assigned was somewhat disappointing it lacked certain amenities i consider standard the air conditioning was inadequate making the room uncomfortably warm the absence of a refrigerator was an inconvenience it would have been useful for storing drinks and snacks. furthermore, the limited selection of tv channels was frustrating, especially during downtime. these issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable experience i found it hard to unwind fully due to these shortcomings.

no bell hops terrible buffet food
The location was fine. It was close to a beach.
The hotel looked like a 90's college dorm from the outside. There were no bell hops, so baggage was a nightmare. I had a terrible check in. The food at the buffet was also terrible.

clean room great foods relaxing area
The room was so clean! Foods were much better than I expected. The pool area felt so relaxing and perfect for my young daughter.
The hotel does needs a little updating.

adequate stay, some disappointments
plastic loungers limited storage
the staff were friendly. the pool was a decent size.
the room was small and lacked storage (no fridge or kettle either). the sun loungers were hard plastic, which hurt my back. i ended up having to get up early each day to secure one. these issues affected the overall experience.

Acceptable, but with Issues
poor soundproofing expensive drinks
The pool seemed quite well kept, and I found available sunbeds most of the time.
My room was not as soundproof as I expected. Noise from the hallway was noticeable at all hours. The air conditioning barely worked, even after reporting it to the front desk. I was also surprised to discover that drinks were not included with dinner. Even water required an extra purchase.
