the location was superb, just a short walk to the city center. breakfast was served on a boat, a unique experience. the buffet was extensive (i especially liked the fresh bread!). the view from the boat added to the enjoyment.
also, i found only one towel per person provided. there was no hand towel or face towel available (this was pretty inconvenient).

Breakfast was a special experience! it was served on a boat near the hotel. I found such quality and variety. the location suited me perfectly. It provided a good short walk to the city's heart and attractions.
my room felt slightly worn! i saw some minor signs of age in places. the shower was a bit simple, only a small shower gel bag and two towels were provided!

The location proved convenient. The city center was just a short walk away. i appreciate the proximity to key attractions. breakfast on the boat was a highlight, the selection was abundant and varied. the staff were always friendly, they were ready to help with any questions.
I noticed that the bathroom mirror could have been cleaner. It had a few smudges.

It felt quite cramped. the soundproofing was inadequate. i could clearly hear street noise, disrupting my sleep, especially with the trams running frequently. i think the hotel needs to address these issues to improve the experience. street noise was unacceptable, inadequate soundproofing
